Charlie PhelpsThe team was saddened on April 30, 2015 to learn that our dear friend and parent volunteer, Charlie Phelps, had passed away unexpectedly. We could always depend on Charlie to volunteer to do whatever was needed with and for the team. He installed electrical outlets and drove kids to competitions. He brought snacks and food for the team, and took out the garbage. Charlie became a friend to everyone he met, never understanding the meaning of the word "stranger". He talked to everyone, always able to strike up a conversation with anyone. Charlie was like no other, and he will be sorely missed. Our hearts go out to his family.
